Inconsistent water temperature in showers!!! The elevators are painfully slow and small, which reaches peak frustration during busy moments!!! Overall, the hotel feels a bit run down, with some wear and tear visible in the rooms!!!

I was so pleased with my stay, especially since the breakfast was fantastic, and the staff went above and beyond to make my time unforgettable, even surprising me with a chilled bottle of champagne for my son's birthday, which felt like a really thoughtful touch. plus, you can easily stroll to the Oceanario de Lisboa in just over a kilometer and wander around the beautiful Jardim Garcia de Orta that's only about a 10-minute walk away for a lovely park view.

The sky bar offered a lovely ambiance, but it could benefit from more attentive service during busy times. Unfortunately, during breakfast, the queues were an inconvenience, and the restaurant experience varied significantly between visits.
